The Pink City has a new national beauty queen. Aarya Aawadhoot was crowned Miss Earth India 2026 at the grand finale in Jaipur, Rajasthan, on September 19, 2026. Twenty-four national finalists competed for the title. Physical auditions and the sash ceremony were also held in the city.
Aarya's title announcement on Instagram says she will represent India at the Miss Earth pageant in the Philippines later this year. The formal date and schedule of the international finale are yet to be confirmed in the material available at the time of writing.
Who is Aarya Aawadhoot?
Earlier coverage from Nagpur described her, at age 20, as a student pursuing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science alongside a BBA. The Miss Earth India crown is her biggest national stage so far.
