BOBIS Entertainment Successfully Executes Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s HRRL Refinery Inauguration Event in Rajasthan

The company had originally completed all event preparations ahead of the programme’s earlier scheduled date. However, the event was postponed following the incident at the HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) project site. After the programme was rescheduled, BOBIS Entertainment once again mobilised its workforce, rebuilt the event infrastructure and carried out all assigned responsibilities with the same level of commitment and operational precision, ensuring the successful execution of the Prime Minister’s programme on July 4, 2026. 

Working within a high-security environment and strict operational timelines, the company was responsible for several key aspects of the event infrastructure. These included stage construction, venue branding, installation of large-format communication materials, audience circulation planning, ground layout, technical arrangements and on-ground coordination with the agencies associated with the programme.

The assignment was executed through BOBIS Political Events, the specialised government and political events division of BOBIS Entertainment Private Limited.
