Vicky Kaushal once turned DJ on Govinda Naam Mera set, here's how he entertained crew 

After delivering the successful film Sardar Udham, Vicky Kaushal is all set to entertain the audience with his new outing. The Bollywood actor will next be seen in Govind Naam Mera, which is scheduled for release on December 16. Also starring Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar, the movie will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar. Ahead of the film's OTT release, IndiaToday.in has exclusively learnt an interesting anecdote from the set of Govind Naam Mera.

A source close to the film revealed how Vicky Kaushal turned DJ on the set of Govind Naam Mera. "Due to heavy rain, the shoot was stalled as it was an outdoor one. Vicky took care of the music to entertain everyone and the crew had a chill evening. Tea and vada pavs were called on set as well," the source said.

In the film, Vicky will be seen playing the role of Govinda Waghmare. On the other hand, Bhumi Pednekar will be seen as his wife, Gauri Waghmare whereas Kiara plays his girlfriend, Sukubai Deshmukh. The film also features Viraj Ghelani, Sayaji Shinde and Dayanand Shetty.

Govinda Naam Mera is a comedy thriller written and directed by Shashank Khaitan. The film is bankrolled by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Shashank.
